Of greatest note this has included extensive redevelopment of their main shop and offices in Windermere over a 3 year period, a painstaking process turning an agricultural shed into an award winning 21st century flagship building. In 2006 this was voted the best Commercial building in the National Parks history, both by the public and by the Parks own planners; this has now been backed up by winning one of 10 National Civic Trust Awards for 2007. This award is a great achievement and ranks alongside many far higher profile projects and practices.
