The new building, of approximately 7000 square meters with a large service area, is suspended over a flood plane on approximately 900 driven piles. It was built under a partnering contract to allow a start to be made whilst the detail design was being finalised. This allowed the building to be occupied 10 months from the start on site and of detail design.
